Co-Owner & Executive Chef
Chad Jajczyk is a seasoned chef and culinary leader with 20 years of experience crafting exceptional, contemporary cuisine. He served as General Manager and Executive Chef at Alloro and The Bradley Restaurants in South Carolina, where he highlighted local farmers and artisans. Previously, Chad was the Executive Chef at the renowned Restaurant Nora, the first certified organic restaurant in the U.S., known for its daily changing menus and organic wine selections. His latest venture, Wanderlust Bottle and Cannery, is a family-run business specializing in small-batch, artisanal canned and bottled goods. A graduate of the New England Culinary Institute, Chad is recognized for creating profitable menus, efficient kitchen management, and delivering outstanding dining experiences.

Our restaurant can accommodate up to 2500 guests, with a total area of ​​over 10,000 m2, including 7 luxurious parties, a special food court with open space. Along with modern equipment, professional management team, chefs have many years of experience in the culinary field.
